Campbell City Profile

Just a short drive from San Jose, Campbell has a population of 38,415. It is a middle class community with small-town charm, low crime, and a quaint downtown area. Another popular destination is the PruneYard shopping center. The average single family home was priced at $788,535 in March of 2006.
